Elevation Ten Thousand is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Strategist to join its team of performance-driven digital marketers with an interest and knowledge of paid search, display, video, and social advertising strategies across multiple brands, as well as the will to never stop learning and improving their skillset. The Digital Marketing Strategist must demonstrate a clear ability to develop tactics and campaigns that drive business goals. Responsibilities will include being assigned projects that require an elevated level of detail-oriented, highly organized, strategic work and will be required to maintain relationships with external and internal teams.

Nature and Scope of the Job:

• Reports to the Associate Director of Digital Marketing
• Develop campaigns across multiple platforms from the initial brainstorming phase through execution
• Work closely with the team to ensure campaigns are completed in a timely manner with defined conversion objectives and identify optimization opportunities including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages
• Troubleshoot, problem solve and find creative solutions to client-specific needs, assist the creative team with ad creation through copywriting and strategic direction
• Develop and present actionable performance reports to clients on a regular cadence

This includes providing creative solutions while communicating directly with clients, both verbally and in writing.

In addition, the Digital Marketing Strategist should understand working within platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager. Knowledge in Google Tag Manager, DV360, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter ads, is preferred but not required.

Professional Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in managing and measuring all aspects of Digital Marketing environment including search, display, video, and social advertising
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or another marketing-focused field
• Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager
• Solid understanding of online environment and trends
• Highly proficient in communicating and juggling tasks within multiple collaborative tools such as Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and project management platforms like Asana
• Knowledge in Google Tag Manager, DV360, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter Ads, Programmatic Media Buying, is preferred but not required

Soft Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and time-management skills, solution-oriented mindset, and proactive thinking
• Comfortable in a client-facing role with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence and assertiveness; ability to build respect and credibility with colleagues, and clients

Hybrid Work Policy

Elevation Ten Thousand has a hybrid work policy. Full-time employees can work remotely for up to 2 days a week and are expected to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week. Employees can work out which days they choose to work remotely with their immediate supervisor.
